Zan Hamilton joined privately-held LIME Financial Services in September of 2003 (in October of 2007, LIME became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group USA). A veteran of Wall Street and a former Executive Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston Capital Service Group, Mr. Hamilton is no stranger to growing companies.

He first learned real estate as an investor and contractor. In 1985 he entered the mortgage business where he quickly became one of the top producers for Centrust. Later, Mr. Hamilton went to US Bancorp to become a Loan Officer, Sales Manager and Branch Manger within the US Bancorp system.

With three partners, Hamilton founded Premier Mortgage and the Regional Net Branch system for Carl I Brown. Two years later he started and managed the mortgage group for Wilshire Financial Services Group.

He went on to advise Intuit by identifying, directing due diligence and integration during the acquisition of Rock Financial to form Quicken Loans. Hamilton then went to DLJ Capital, which was acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston. At CSFB, he oversaw and assisted in building CSFB's Mortgage and Warehouse businesses.

He later served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Platinum Capital Group in Irvine, California.

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the National Mortgage Bankers Association and the Oregon Mortgage Bankers Association.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon and holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Zan and Susan Hamilton have been married for 28 years and have two sons.
