Capital Market Analyst

LIME Financial is currently looking for an experienced Capital Market Analyst who has the skills and experience necessary to successfully participate in the financial planning and analysis of the capital market activities as it relates to secondary marketing/portfolio management. Provides financial analysis, risk analysis and management reporting and forecasting relating to the pipeline and warehouse of Loans Held for Sale. Additional responsibilities will include developing/reviewing models for valuation, trading and hedging, market risk analytics. Develops, implements and analyzes a variety of reports from various data sources. Utilizes data bases and information systems to research and identify areas for improvement and/or new products. Interprets data and makes recommendations. May participate in or lead projects. Must be familiar and able to program in vb.Net and VBA. Requires significant experience demonstrating a full understanding of mortgage industry practices, financial concepts and company policies and procedures. Demonstrates attention to detail. Senior Loan Officer

LIME Financial Services is now accepting resumes for experienced Senior Loan Officers for our newly created Direct to Consumer sales department located at our Lake Oswego, Oregon Corporate Offices. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to work with the customers to promote the advantages of doing a mortgage loan with LIME. Senior Loan Officers will use established underwriting guidelines to ensure loans are appropriate, either for the company portfolio or for sale to investors in the secondary market. Will be responsible for obtaining required documents for the loan packaging flow and the follow up on loan files through closing. Must have excellent communication and telemarketing skills. Senior Underwriter

LIME Financial is currently looking for an experienced Senior Underwriter who has the skills and experience necessary to successfully conduct high level review of loans while providing credit and collateral decisions. Analyzes loan data and makes recommendations about product selection and make counter-offers where appropriate. Provides loan decisions in a timely manner, while maintaining quality loan decisions. Uses independent discretion and judgment to compare and evaluate loan applications and to approve appropriate loans, including exceptions. Provides training and mentoring to Junior Underwriters and Underwriters. Minimum 3-4 years direct underwriting experience as well as a strong FHA background with Direct Endorsement a must. Requires strong mathematical skills, strong analytical skills, good communication skills, strong problem solving skills, must be detail oriented, good organizational skills and have the ability to focus on work with numerous interruptions. Bachelors degree equivalent knowledge of mortgage lending standards. Ability to use office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, outlook, etc) and equipment. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to call on financial institutions and mortgage loan brokers/bankers in order to obtain a flow of wholesale origination applications or loan packages. Chief responsibilities will include selling the advantages of LIME Financial and providing underwriting guidelines to ensure loans are appropriate either for the company portfolio or to sale to investors in the secondary market; assisting with loan packaging flow and the follow up on loan files; adhering to standardized methods, utilizing standard company rates; performing file reviews to ensure completion and follow through to loan closing. The candidate must be able to exercise good judgment within generally defined practices and policies. Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience as well as prior wholesale mortgage lending in agency and government paper, including general underwriting procedures experience and a successful track record in sales. This position will require travel necessary to successfully fulfill responsibilities in a standard external sales environment. Examples of travel will include daily travel as well as periodic travel to the Corporate Office, Trade Shows and National Sales Conferences.
