LIME Financial to double Lake Oswego office space

LIME Financial will lease yet another floor of the Kruse Woods V building in Lake Oswego.

Adding the 24,000 square feet of the 7th floor will double the size of LIME’s corporate headquarters.

“The decision to stay in Lake Oswego was made following an exhaustive search of many possibilities in Portland and its other suburbs,” said LIME CEO Zan Hamilton. “There were many deciding factors,” he noted, “the most important of which was accommodating our employees. We studied where they commute from to see if other locations would be more convenient. What we found is our present location is indeed ideal.”

LIME is expected to begin moving some of its staff onto the 7th floor in the first quarter of 2005.
